Course outlines are provided by Niagara College through our Course Outline Lookup tool and can be used for transfer credit assessment.

Course Outlines typically contain:

  • Title
  • Credits
  • Course hours
  • Pre-requisites
  • Co-requisites

  • Equivalencies
  • Description
  • Evaluations and weights
  • PLAR eligibility

  • Resources
  • Outcomes and learning objectives
  • Essential employability skills
  • Teaching and learning plan

Not all course outlines contain the above and may contain more or less information. Course outlines can be easily printed and/or saved from the Course Outline Lookup tool.

I just want a list of the courses that I’ll be taking.

  1. Find your program’s web page with our program finder.
  2. Click the “Courses” link in the navigation bar.
  3. This page will provide you a list of courses for your program for each term.

Niagara College acknowledges the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous peoples.

Why do we have a land acknowledgement?
