Confirmation of Enrolment Letter

A Confirmation of Enrolment letter will show your current (if applicable) and previous enrolments at Niagara College. It will show your program and term history along with important details like your student ID number and address.

You can use your Confirmation of Enrolment letter for:

• Forwarding to any person or institution you wish. When determining if a person or institution will accept the letter, it is advised that you check first with the receiving person or institution.
• Immigration: provided to Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permit extensions or shown at the border when re-entering Canada.
• Banking/financial
• Government offices or institutions

Confirmation of Graduation Letter

A Confirmation of Graduation letter is available to international students who have completed a program at Niagara College. It will outline details of the program(s) you have completed including program name, start date and completion date.

You can use your Confirmation of Graduation letter for:

• Forwarding to any person or institution you wish. When determining if a person or institution will accept the letter, it is advised that you check first with the receiving person or institution.
• Immigration: provided to Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for post-graduation work permit (PGWP) applications or permit extensions as required.
• Government offices or institutions

Work Term Letter

A Confirmation of Work term letter – commonly referred to as the Co-Op work letter – this letter is only available to international students who are enrolled in a program that has a mandatory work term or placement (includes co-op term, practicum, placement internship, clinic etc.) This letter outlines the work that is included in your program of study.

You can use your Confirmation of Work term letter for:

• Forwarding to any person or institution you wish. When determining if a person or institution will accept the letter, it is advised that you check first with the receiving person or institution.
• Immigration: provided to Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for co-op work permit applications and/or included with study permit extension applications as required.
• Government offices or institution
